The international team serves approximately 1,600 guests daily at the casino with a diverse selection of food and beverages. In addition, the casino team provides catering for numerous conferences and events at DW.

Your Responsibilities
Responsibility for the operational management of the kitchen—from menu planning and food preparation to quality control, presentation, and service—in day-to-day operations and at special events (conference services, VIP restaurant operations, and all types of internal and external celebrations for up to 1,000 guests)
Leading the entire kitchen staff in coordination with the casino manager (e.g., planning and coordinating staff assignments)
Ensuring smooth operations while maintaining the highest quality standards
Responsibility for flawless inventory management—ordering, receiving, warehousing, and inventory counts—and cost calculation for the entire menu
Maintaining relationships with our guests and on-site business partners
Regular communication and coordination with the casino manager
Supervising trainees
Your Qualifications
Completed training as a cook and additional certification as a master chef
Several years of professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in the upscale hotel or restaurant industry
Excellent manners, strong communication skills, a confident demeanor, and the ability to assert oneself
Knowledge of HACCP hygiene regulations in institutional food service
High level of motivation, customer- and service-oriented mindset, creativity, and a passion for the culinary arts
Authorization to provide vocational training (IHK-certified)
Excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level); English skills are a strong plus
