At our clinic, which has 130 treatment beds, we support approximately 500 patients each year on their journey back to a fulfilling everyday life. Your Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the entire kitchen area
- You will be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing the kitchen staff
- You will be responsible for staffing and shift scheduling
- You will design and cost the menu in consultation with management
- You will be the primary point of contact for our food suppliers, place orders, and ensure proper storage
- You ensure optimal production processes and adapt them dynamically
- You will oversee quality management and workplace safety in the kitchen and ensure compliance with HACCP and hygiene regulations
Your qualifications:
- Completed culinary training
- A structured approach to work and a strong sense of responsibility
- Willingness to work early and late shifts and on weekends
- Enjoy working as part of a team
