Your tasks:
- Menu development and planning
- Quality control, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, adherence to hygiene regulations (HACCP)
- Personnel management
- Organization and logistics
- Purchasing Selection of high-quality suppliers and products
- Cost control and budget responsibility, calculation of meals and control of the use of goods
- Coordination with service, management and event planning
- Representation of the establishment, development and maintenance of the restaurant's culinary profile
Your profile:
- Completed training
- Several years of professional experience, working in various kitchen positions, experience in upscale gastronomy
- Excellent cooking techniques and a deep understanding of ingredients, preparation and presentation
- Knowledge of product knowledge, nutrition, allergens and HACCP hygiene standards
- Leadership skills, ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
- Creativity and innovative spirit, development of new dishes and menus, sense of aesthetics and taste composition
- Understanding of business management, food costing and cost control, purchasing, stock management and budget responsibility
- Strong communication skills, cooperation with service, management and suppliers
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, willingness to work weekends and public holidays
- Knowledge of English
