With our five divisions SLEEP, EAT, MEET, DRINK and DANCE, we form the central and unifying element on the Germania Campus in Münster. Our 144 rooms and suites as well as our three restaurants la tapia, DADI and Seaside have been designed in and around the listed walls of the Germania brewery. We also offer eight stylishly designed rooms for conferences, events and private celebrations for up to 400 guests, as well as our Cloud event location.
Where beer used to be brewed, a unique campus has been created incorporating the listed building fabric, combining living, working, gastronomy and leisure.
At the earliest possible date, we are looking to expand our team with a
Head chef (m/f/d)
- You will manage and coordinate all tasks in our banquet and à la carte kitchen and actively support your 17-strong team in operations as required. Your focus will be on the à la carte kitchen.
- Together with the management, the hotel management and the F&B management, you will shape the conceptual and strategic orientation and further development of the F&B areas in the Factory Hotel Münster (2 à la carte restaurants, 1 buffet restaurant, 9 banquet rooms, banquet and à la carte kitchen).
- The further development of the regularly changing menus as well as the calculations and inventories are in your hands.
- Together with your team, you will constantly work on optimizing the existing processes and workflows - always taking quality and guest satisfaction into account.

- You have completed vocational training as a chef (m/f/d) and have several years of professional and management experience as a head chef (m/f/d).
