Your tasks
- Preparation of à la carte dishes and buffets
- Follow and enforce HACCP guidelines
- Maintenance of work materials
- Receipt/ordering of goods and stocktaking
- Quality assurance
- Duty roster planning, team management, complaint management in the event of incorrect deliveries, orders, communication contact point for the team and management
- Open communication with guests
- Regular staff training
- Coordination of smooth kitchen processes and cross-departmental collaboration
- Designing the menu and other offers

- Completed vocational training and management experience
- very good written and spoken German
