Your tasks
Planning and implementation of the menu as well as production of meals with fresh, seasonal and regional products with a fixed organic quota;
Independent food procurement and storage ;
Action planning: Together with the catering manager and the team, you will develop innovative and culinary ideas for seasonal events and promotions;
Staff and duty planning: You will draw up duty rosters, manage staff absences and ensure that the kitchen team runs smoothly;
Professional guidance for kitchen staff;
You accompany and support new employees during their induction;
Ensuring hygiene standards in compliance with HACCP guidelines;
Your qualifications
Training as a chef (m/f/d) or comparable training
