Your Responsibilities
Responsibility for ensuring a smooth, stylish, and guest-oriented breakfast service of the highest standard
Leading, motivating, and training the breakfast team, as well as fostering a professional team spirit
Ensuring quality, hygiene, and service standards, including an appealing buffet presentation
Handling individual guest requests professionally and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere
Organizing service procedures and supply orders, and collaborating with the kitchen, front desk, and restaurant management
Your Qualifications
Experience in the service sector of upscale hotels, restaurants, or exclusive hospital dining facilities
Initial leadership experience in a service-oriented position is a plus
A strong hospitality mindset with a keen sense for first-class service and individual guest needs
Strong organizational skills and a structured, responsible approach to work
A stylish, well-groomed, and confident demeanor
High attention to quality, attention to detail, and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
Very good command of German; knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus
