- Experience in gastronomy, ideally completed training as a chef
- Enjoy preparing food and working with open and fresh foods

- Willingness to complete GLOBUS development programs
What you contribute
- Preparation of our dishes and their presentation and serving to customers
- Customer advice and customer loyalty through a friendly and personal approach
- Ensuring and optimizing the permanent sales readiness of the area
- Compliance with hygiene guidelines and HACCP specifications as well as accident prevention regulations
- Developing the professional and personal skills of team members
- Optimization of product range and recipes
- Staff deployment planning
- Responsibility for planning sales, gross profit, margins, markdowns and personnel and investment costs
