This initiative promotes a prejudice-free work environment where diversity is valued in companies and organizations. Vielfaltmenü GmbH is committed to ensuring that all employees—regardless of gender, nationality, ethnic origin, religion, disability, age, or sexual orientation—are treated with respect and recognition.

You design and lead internal training sessions on hygiene, occupational safety, and organic certification, thereby empowering our on-site teams.
Together with management, you will establish a structured crisis and risk management system.
You will regularly report on audit results, key performance indicators, and opportunities for improvement, and derive concrete actions from these findings.
