For this new beginning, we are looking for an ambitious
Head of On-Site Dining Services (m/f/d)
who will oversee the transition to in-house management and subsequently lead the food service operations independently. The scope of responsibility includes a fresh-food kitchen with two serving stations (each offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner), an extensive vending machine service, as well as catering for conferences and events. As the corporate campus and visitor areas continue to expand, the offerings will include an additional kitchen. In the future, the food service operations are intended to play a significantly stronger role as a gathering place for employees, guests, and business partners, enhancing the quality of the visitor experience. You will develop the food service concept and be responsible for quality, cost-effectiveness, and personnel management.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial individual with leadership experience in commercial or large-scale foodservice. You possess a solid understanding of business management, have a passion for interesting cuisine, and demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and hospitality. With your communicative and hands-on approach, you inspire both your team and your guests.
