We are the AHORN Hotels & Resorts! As a family-run hotel group with headquarters in Berlin, we are one of the 30 top-selling hotel chains in Germany. Our 7 hotels are located in the regions of Brandenburg, Lower Saxony, Saxony and Thuringia. Directly at the foot of the Fichtelberg in the Erzgebirge is our 4-star Best Western Ahorn Hotel Oberwiesenthal with 172 rooms. Around 50 employees ensure the well-being of our guests.

Your tasks:

  • Management and coordination of day-to-day operations
  • Presence for and active approach to guests
  • Active quality management
  • Staff management and development
  • Complaints management
  • Participation in forecasting and budgeting
  • Sales and cost management in accordance with the budget
  • Responsibility for compliance with and implementation of standards
  • Reporting to the Regional Director Oberwiesenthal

Your profile:

  • Experience in a management position in the hotel industry
  • Representative skills and commercial understanding
  • Ambition, determination and commitment
  • Structured way of working and good MS Office skills
  • Attention to detail and enjoy creating a special vacation experience with your team
