At the earliest possible date we are looking for a
Housekeeper / Cook (m/f/d)
part-time (20 hours / week) - permanent
As the German Franciscan Province, we are an order of the Catholic Church operating throughout Germany and are looking for a committed employee (m/f/d) for our convent in Mannheim, who will prepare a warm midday meal for the Franciscan brothers five working days a week, take care of the laundry and maintain the common rooms.
Tasks:
- Preparing lunch for three Franciscans most days from Monday to Friday
- Coordinating meal planning with the convent and procuring fresh ingredients for the meals
- Cleaning the kitchen, utility room, living rooms, corridors and stairwells, windows and guest rooms if required
- Doing the flat linen
Requirements:
- Housekeeper (m/f/d) who enjoys cooking or a person with household experience who can cook
- Independent and structured way of working
- We value reliability, organizational skills and a strong sense of hygiene
- Pleasant manners
- Good written and spoken German
- Own car is desirable
