Housekeeper (STARS)*
You will be happy to take on these tasks:
- Management, organization and control of the entire housekeeping department, including all employees, temporary staff and external companies
- Ensuring and monitoring the cleaning of guest rooms and public areas in accordance with quality standards
- Daily monitoring of cleaning work throughout the hotel
- Planning and organization of basic and special cleaning
- Implementing and monitoring processes in accordance with the quality guidelines
- Processing guest requests and complaints
- Recording and forwarding defects
- Managing the material and laundry inventory
- Monitoring the cleaning materials and equipment used
- Monitoring and checking laundry deliveries and orders

The hotel comprises 150 rooms, 56 underground parking spaces, as well as a meeting and fitness area.
