The Bavarian Red Cross Starnberg is the leading welfare and social organization in the district of Starnberg. Every day, around 900 full-time and 1,000 volunteer heroes and heroines enthusiastically carry out meaningful work in the areas of rescue, assistance, care, childcare and life support for people of all ages.
At our young campus family in Gauting, which opened in 2021, ‘In the midst of life’ is a top priority. It brings together social facilities, a care complex with 84 places in a home-sharing model, day care, assisted living and a day-care center for children, and offers many opportunities for all generations to come together.
Your tasks
You enjoy looking after people: you cook, bake, ensure cleanliness and keep an eye on the well-being of our residents in our house community
You will independently cook meals for a house community of 14 residents and plan the weekly food requirements with the housekeeping manager
You ensure cleanliness and attractive interior design in “your” house community so that everyone feels comfortable
You will help with the care and everyday support of the senior citizens
Your qualifications
You are a trained housekeeper, cook or have comparable professional experience and enjoy running a multi-person household
Patience, friendliness, good manners, a sense of humor, enjoy working with senior citizens and the desire to create a new home for them in our community
Changing working hours with occasional weekend and public holiday duties are no problem for you
