The company has been providing diaconal facilities for senior citizens for almost 50 years. Our services include inpatient and outpatient nursing and care, serviced living, day care and an outpatient hospice service at a total of 25 locations with around 2,000 employees.
Your tasks
You will be responsible for the professional management of the housekeeping staff
You are the contact person for our residents, customers and service providers for all questions relating to laundry, hygiene and cleanliness
You optimize work processes
You check the performance and quality of our service providers
You take care of the laundry supply for the residential areas and residents (ordering, distribution, allocation, etc.)
Your qualifications
Ideally, you have completed training as a housekeeping manager
Or you are a housekeeper with several years of experience in the areas of cleaning, laundry and communal catering
You lead your team not only in theory, but also by exemplifying the daily work in practice
You have a talent for organization, can work under pressure and enjoy working in a team
You have an independent, results-oriented way of working
You communicate openly and approachably and treat our residents and your colleagues with appreciation
