Your tasks
Management of the kitchen and housekeeping team
Cleaning and laundry supply in compliance with occupational safety and health/environmental protection
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations
Personnel planning and management of employees
Optimizing processes and coordinating and documenting workflows
Ensuring quality management
Close cooperation with the contact persons on site
Ordering and procurement for the kitchen and laundry areas
Attractive, creative design of the furnishings
Your qualifications
Completed training in housekeeping, hotel management or building cleaning
Professional experience in housekeeping, preferably in care facilities
Management experience desirable
Professional and social skills
Well-groomed appearance and confident interaction with customers
Organizational skills and commitment
IT skills
