Your tasks
You plan, manage and organize the housekeeping service area
You are responsible for the personnel of the housekeeping staff and for staff deployment planning.
You work cooperatively in the management team and with the other work areas
You are the contact person for external service providers
You will drive the housekeeping department forward and be involved in its conceptual development.
You will be involved in the planning and conception of the new senior center building and can also imagine an increase in the scope of employment in the coming years in connection with this
Your qualifications
Are you a professional in service and is customer orientation a matter close to your heart?
You have completed further training as a housekeeping manager, are a master housekeeper or hotel manager or ecotrophologist or have a comparable qualification.
You have a strong service orientation.
You have a cooperative management style and enjoy working in a team.
You have an open-minded, respectful and empathetic approach to our residents.
You are responsible and reliable.
You have good basic IT skills and are open to using other IT programs.
