Your Job
Here’s what to expect on your journey with us:
- In this role, you’ll be responsible for the daily cleaning of the suites and will serve as the primary point of contact for guests in the suite area.
- As needed, your duties will include serving drinks or meals in the suites and distributing guest linens.
- On check-in days, you’ll escort your new guests to their respective suites and explain how everything works.
- Term of your first contract: 5–6 months (to be determined individually)
- Your start date will be determined on an individual basis depending on your availability and the onboard staffing schedule, and is generally possible year-round.
Your Course & Your Talents
What you bring to the table:
- A completed training program in the hospitality industry is a plus, and professional experience in housekeeping is required
- You’re reliable and can handle pressure, and you’re not satisfied until your guests have had a wonderful vacation in every way.
- You have excellent manners and are passionate about hospitality.
- A neat and pleasant appearance, as well as polite manners
- Very good German and good English skills
