Your Responsibilities
* Cleanliness: You ensure hygiene and order throughout the
facility
* Cleaning: You conscientiously perform all necessary cleaning tasks
* Meal Service: You assist with serving meals to
our residents
* Laundry Management: You will handle laundry care as well as the
organization of laundry supply and distribution
* Quality control: You will monitor the quality of the cleaning and
meal distribution processes
* Responsibility: You will take on tasks assigned by your supervisors when
they are absent or when delegated
Your Qualifications
* Experience: Ideally, you have experience in housekeeping,
cleaning, or customer service
* Leadership: You have some experience in guiding and
training employees
* Empathy: You treat older adults with kindness and
understanding
* Language Skills: You have a good command of German, both spoken and
written
* Flexibility: You are willing to work shifts and on weekends
* Professional appearance: You make a positive impression with a well-groomed appearance
* Reliability: You work responsibly and have
good manners
