HR Marine Recruiter (m/f/d)
Your previous course
- Vocational training in human resources, business administration or shipping
- Several years of professional experience in international personnel management, preferably in recruitment
- Ideally professional experience on board cruise ships
- Business fluent in German and English and confident in using MS Office 365
- Quick comprehension as well as excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel and flexibility
Your destination
- Selecting and hiring our marine crew as needed
- Ensuring flag state and corporate requirements are met throughout the recruitment process
- Support in the area of compliance & maintenance of our agency network
- Participation in career events as well as taking on area-specific tasks and HR projects
