Human Resources Manager/HR Manager (m/f/d)
YOUR TASKS:
- Recruitment of our new talents
- Independent processing of the entire Employee Life Circle
- Partner for our managers and employees
- Idea generator for a forward-looking HR policy
- Supporting change processes and personnel development
- Implementation of further development measures and training for employees
- Control of duty rosters and time recording
- Performing monthly payroll accounting in collaboration with L&G accounting
YOUR PROFILE:
- Completed training in the hotel or tourism industry
- Experience in human resources
- Independent and responsible way of working
- Team player with good communication skills
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Identify with our philosophy (satisfied employees, fair relationships)
