House Technician (STARS)*
You are happy to take on these tasks
- Independently recognizing defects and carrying out all repair and maintenance work in the building and outdoor facilities
- Technical monitoring, active inspection and maintenance of the technical systems and thus ensuring trouble-free operation
- Monitoring and adhering to maintenance intervals
- Coordinating and monitoring the personnel deployed in the building on behalf of external companies
- Coordinating all manual work in the building with other departments
- Compliance with legal regulations on safety, occupational health and safety, fire protection and operation of technical equipment
- Maintenance of outdoor facilities and winter service

The hotel comprises 150 rooms, 56 underground parking spaces, as well as a meeting and fitness area. Located directly at Stuttgart Airport, the hotel offers exactly what our guests expect according to their wishes, needs and budget and is the perfect stopover after a flight.
