We are looking for you with immediate effect, as part of a specified internship semester, for 6 months at our company headquarters in Rostock.
Internship in HRM Fleet Marine
Your previous course
- Current studies in the field of business administration, human resources management or a comparable subject area
- Ideally initial practical experience in human resources or in the tourism industry
- Very good command of English and proficient in MS Office
- Quick comprehension, networked thinking and ability to work in a team
Your destination
- Active support within the HR Fleet Engine department, in particular in personnel planning and administrative & organizational tasks in day-to-day operations
- Collaboration in the creation and maintenance of deployment plans and support in the organization of further training measures
- Maintaining and updating qualification certificates for crew members in the engine and technology department
- Collaboration and communication in English with various international crew agencies and crew members
