As Junior Recruiting Manager - F&B Services (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) at sea chefs, a varied job in recruiting awaits you, from central Switzerland to the whole world!

  • Recruitment of personnel for the F&B Services, Administration and Housekeeping departments on board the Hapag-Lloyd Cruises and My Ship® fleet
  • Screening and processing of incoming applications incl. complete communication chain through to successful recruitment
  • Organizing and conducting webinars and online interviews
  • Presenting at various trade fairs and career days including high travel activity
  • Contributing new and creative ideas to attract future crew members

Your course & your talents

What you bring with you:

  • Professional experience on cruise ships in the F&B area absolutely necessary
  • Completed vocational training in the catering / hotel industry
  • First professional experience in HR and/or active sourcing desirable
  • Üconvincing, positive and communicative team player with a sense of responsibility
  • Self-initiative, flexibility, resilience, a structured way of working and a high degree of empathy
  • The center of life in Switzerland, or the willingness to move the center of life permanently to Switzerland. willingness to relocate the center of your life permanently to Switzerland (office in Zug)
  • Excellent organizational skills with confident IT skills (especially MS Office)
  • Very good knowledge of German (level C2) required
  • Very good knowledge of English
