Are you a tourism agent or have you successfully completed your studies, are you passionate about the tourism industry and would you like to sell sustainable round trips in small groups with Germany's most exciting tour operator?

In the position of (Junior) Travel Specialist (m/f/d), you will be the first point of contact for our guests for all questions relating to our tours. You will advise and sell our product with passion and find the right solution for every guest. You will also act as an important interface between the customer and product management and use your feedback to ensure the continuous improvement of our trips.

Your trip with us

  • Advice by phone & email for our guests & travel agencies regarding their questions about our round trips, countries, hotels or travel options
  • Understand customer needs and offer specific solutions
  • Booking our guests into our reservation systems
  • Researching ideal flight connections and booking them in close coordination with the flight department
  • Organizing travel dates together with our partners worldwide, e.g. implementing special requests or quality assurance of bookings
  • Supporting quality and product management in improving travel products and ensuring customer satisfaction
