We are looking for a passionate personality with completed training and extensive professional experience as Junior Sous Chef, Deputy Head Chef or Chef de Partie. The Feldberger Hof in Feldberg is a renowned accommodation with around 400 house guests, half of whom are children. We offer breakfast, lunch and dinner in our main restaurant with buffet. In the evening there is also the option of an exquisite 4-course menu. In our small BBQ restaurant, hotel guests can prepare their own meat, fish and vegetables on the grill. The Feldberger Hof's kitchen is designed as a "MISE EN PLACE" process kitchen to optimize workflows and ensure smooth service. We place particular emphasis on the use of fresh and high-quality products.

We are looking for a committed team player who also has strong organizational skills to further optimize our processes. If you have completed an apprenticeship, are highly motivated and have relevant work experience, you are the perfect addition to our team. Your advantages with us:

Housing options: We offer the option of a staff apartment or will be happy to help you find a suitable apartment to make your move into our community as smooth as possible.

Childcare: Professional childcare is available for your own children from the age of 6 months. We also offer a swimming course from the age of 4 and special children's meals.

Working hours: As a rule, you work 8-9 hours a day for 5 days and then have 2 days off. It is NOT necessary to work split shifts.

Your tasks:

  • Preparation of dishes
  • Structuring of recipes
  • Maintaining standards and quality in the kitchen
  • Training and instructing apprentices and chefs
  • Compliance with nutrition and hygiene guidelines and safety standards
  • Optimizing and simplifying processes in the kitchen
  • Planning and conducting training for kitchen staff
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal regulations and hygiene standards

What we are looking for:

  • Completed training as a chef and professional experience as a chef de partie
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Good knowledge of German
  • Good knowledge of English
