Kids & Teens Trainee (m/f/d)
Your previous course
- Relevant and demonstrable experience in leading children’s groups in gymnastics or sports clubs, church congregations, children’s and youth organizations of non-profit organizations, au pairs or comparable qualifications
- Good knowledge of German and English and confident use of MS Office
- Strong communication skills, athleticism, creativity, sense of responsibility and high resilience
Your destination
- Responsible, loving, experience-oriented and varied care for children aged 3 to 11 years
- Trusted contact person for parents of children in the relevant age groups
- Individual approach to each child and always keeping calm and maintaining an overview
- Taking up children’s ideas as impulses for new on-board programs
