For our KIRINUS day clinics in Munich and Nuremberg, we are looking for a full-time kitchen manager / chef de cuisine with operational support as a cook (m/f/d).

Your tasks
Kitchen team leader / Chef de Cuisine with approx. 70% operational support in day-to-day business (primary place of work is in the day clinics in Munich, with regular visits to Nuremberg)
Personnel management: Management of the kitchen staff, including staff deployment planning and vacation and sickness cover planning
Management of operations: preparation of meals or dishes and service in the canteen bar
Administration: determining kitchen requirements and purchasing in line with the budget, responsibility for canteen cash management
Co-design: Active process optimization and contribution of ideas
Sustainability: Careful and responsible handling of food and raw materials
Hygiene: Co-responsible for complying with and ensuring hygiene standards
Your qualifications
At least 3 years of professional experience as a chef or in a managerial kitchen position
Experience in personnel management and staff scheduling
Enjoy teamwork and team building
Experience in purchasing / budget calculation is an advantage
Interest in working with patients
You enjoy optimizing processes and working to your full potential
Fluency in German and a basic knowledge of English round off your profile
