Your tasks
Planning, implementation and production of meals with fresh, seasonal and regional products with a fixed organic quota;
Independent food procurement and storage;
Action planning : Together with the catering manager and the team, you will develop innovative and culinary ideas for seasonal events and promotions;
Staff and duty planning: You will draw up duty rosters, manage staff absences and ensure that the kitchen team runs smoothly;
Professional guidance for kitchen staff;
You accompany and support new employees during their induction;
Ensuring hygiene standards in compliance with HACCP guidelines.
Direct contact with rehabilitants enables you to use feedback as a driver for continuous development.
Your qualifications
Are you a trained chef with experience in communal catering? As a production manager, you will take responsibility for your team, processes and quality – in a structured, hygienic and collegial manner.
