Your tasks
* Management, further development and organization of kitchen operations as well as
the complete food supply of a central kitchen
* Managing and ensuring our quality standards
* Managing a team of employees and conducting training courses
* Responsibility for staff deployment planning and rostering
* Handling commercial and organizational merchandise management
* Compliance with legal provisions and regulations
in particular the HACCP guidelines
* Assisting with food preparation
* Participation in the planning and implementation of new catering concepts
* Close and trusting cooperation with employee committees
The KWA Georg-Brauchle-Haus is conveniently located in Munich Perlach.
Your qualifications
* Completed vocational training as a (diet) chef with
further training as a chef
* Several years of professional experience in the management of kitchens with
Communal catering
* Experience in dealing with employee committees
* Further training in the area of special diets an advantage
* Entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting
* Sense of responsibility, organizational talent, flexibility and assertiveness
