Your tasks
Are you full of drive and love creating culinary experiences? As a kitchen manager (m/f/d) in our company catering department, you will become the architect of unforgettable taste experiences in the brand new “Allianz Park Stuttgart”. This exciting position is being advertised for the first time and you have the unique opportunity to be involved from the very beginning and bring your creative ideas to life in a modern kitchen. You will plan and organize a variety of menus, from hearty business lunches to inspiring themed buffets. You use your creativity to develop innovative culinary concepts that delight our guests and stimulate their taste buds. You are passionate about coordinating collaboration with suppliers and ensuring that every ingredient is perfectly prepared. Professional management and organization of our gastronomy, including staff restaurant, conference room service, kiosk and fine dining at Allianz Park Stuttgart
Coordination, further development and optimization of work processes as well as purchasing, merchandise management and warehousing under regional and sustainable aspects
Designing a varied and attractive menu with a focus on front cooking and taking national and international food trends into account
Planning, organizing and running events in collaboration with the event management team, including evenings
Managing external service providers and monitoring compliance with legal requirements such as occupational safety, fire protection and food safety regulations
Training and supervision of trainees
Friendly communication and interaction with our guests
Your qualifications
Completed training as a chef with several years of experience, preferably also in upscale gastronomy
Know-how in communal catering and banqueting as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting
A high degree of responsibility, assertiveness and flexibility
Passion for contact with guests and customers as well as team spirit and open-mindedness
Commitment, stress resistance and the ability to work autonomously and independently
IT knowledge in dealing with merchandise management systems is an advantage
Willingness to take the trainer aptitude test and participate in training courses such as the data driving license
