Your tasks
Managing the service processes of food production and supply
Ensuring the quality of production and kitchen services in accordance with current knowledge and legal, economic and internal company requirements
Compliance with legal and operational hygiene standards and specifications
Monitoring and compliance with stock levels and consumption deadlines
Responsibility for the cleaning processes of the workplace/room and the kitchen area, including work equipment
Implementation of quality management
Duty roster management and personnel planning in compliance with legal requirements
Placing orders
Planning the menu
Your qualifications
Successfully completed training as a cook (m/f/d)
Dietary trained cook desirable
At least five years of professional experience
Willingness to work at weekends and on public holidays
Sense of responsibility, organizational talent, flexibility and assertiveness
Familiarity with common IT programs
