Your tasks
Responsibility for the preparation of the various dishes in compliance with the hygiene regulations according to HACCP
Professional and disciplinary management of your employees
Creation of menus and organization of kitchen processes
Ensuring customer and patient satisfaction
Working economically while adhering to the budget
Your qualifications
Completed training as a chef (m/f/d)
Sound professional experience, ideally in communal catering or commercial kitchens
Initial experience in employee management is an advantage
Basic knowledge of business administration and good user knowledge of common MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Personal responsibility, diligence and a reliable and creative way of working
