Our association consists of three social, charitable care facilities run by the Catholic parish – St. Augustinus Altenzentrum GmbH in Nordwalde, St. Gertrudenstift GmbH in Greven and Haus Marienfried GmbH in Greven-Reckenfeld. Our approximately 500 employees look after a total of 800 residents in our inpatient and semi-inpatient facilities, clients in outpatient care and in assisted living apartments, as well as guests in day care.
We offer our residents and affiliated partners additional added value with our in-house canteen kitchen. The canteen kitchen at the Nordwalde site provides people in the municipalities of Nordwalde and Altenberge as well as kindergartens and retirement homes with a lunch menu.
Your tasks
independent preparation of hot and cold dishes
Carrying out the serving of food
Assisting with the organization of parties and celebrations
Working according to the HACCP concept
Communicating with customers and suppliers
Supporting the kitchen management with orders and production planning
Your qualifications
Completed training as a cook or housekeeper
Professional experience in the kitchen sector (especially in commercial kitchens) is desirable
IT skills and confidence in using MS Office and industry-specific IT programs and platforms
Customer-oriented appearance
Reliability and diligence
Sense of responsibility and communication skills
