Your tasks

Review, documentation and control of the defined
defined service level standards with the
Laundry service provider
Carrying out monthly performance
Performance status checks
Communication with care service managers, users,
Service staff on the appropriate use of laundry
Independent development and implementation of
Training courses
Development of standards for the uniform
Use of laundry in the UM
Cooperation and representation of the team leader in
administrative tasks
Ongoing instruction of employees in handling
with laundry

Your qualifications

Training as a housekeeper, hotel specialist
or comparable training (m/f/d)
Nursing training desirable
Experience in the hospital sector
Knowledge of MS Office and SAP desirable
Further training in communication techniques
Knowledge of business administration
Knowledge of process management
Knowledge of hospital hygiene
Willingness for personal further training
