Your Job
- Implementation, management, and coordination of the entertainment program, particularly high-caliber cultural events
- Representing the product and the department on board (guest functions) in a sophisticated manner
- Adherence to the specified quality standards on board and a professional approach in the luxury segment
- Supporting guest artists and external vendors and integrating them into the ship’s program in accordance with the required guidelines
- Serving as the disciplinary supervisor of the onboard entertainment team, as well as performing administrative tasks and reporting duties
Your Course & Your Talents
What you bring to the table:
- Excellent German and English language skills are required (fluency in both spoken and written forms is essential)
- Excellent management skills and extensive experience in a leadership role, preferably in the cultural sector
- Leadership skills in an international environment and with regard to dramaturgical program planning are a plus
- Excellent skills in communication, team building, and conflict management
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency with MS Office (preferably Word and Excel)
- Excellent skills in program design and coordination
- High resilience under pressure and the ability to handle stress, as well as assertiveness
- Confident demeanor, good manners, and a well-groomed appearance
- Strong commitment to service and customer focus
