Manager IT Fulfillment Solutions (m/f/d)

• University degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
• In-depth knowledge of mobile app development technologies, frameworks and best practices
• Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing projects
• Strong project management skills with a track record of a significant application portfolio
• Very good command of English and good command of German and confident with MS Office 365
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-industry stakeholders

• oversee the full application lifecycle of assigned fulfillment solutions and ensure completion on time with respect to scope and budget
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, milestones and success criteria
• Manage the selection, implementation and optimization of technologies, frameworks and tools
• Establish and enforce quality standards for fulfillment solutions to ensure reliability, security and a flawless user experience
• Implement and monitor testing procedures to ensure functionality and performance of fulfillment solutions
• Actively inquisitive about industry trends and advancements and advise on the adoption of new technologies
• Work closely within the team, with colleagues and stakeholders and actively contribute to the development of a long-term strategy that supports business objectives
• Primarily responsible for team leadership and mentoring, as well as fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
