Manager Loyalty Programs (m/f/d)

Your previous course

  • Degree in economics, tourism, service or communication sciences or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in customer loyalty programs, in the field of loyalty as well as in the areas of marketing, communication and/or sales
  • Knowledge of common production processes for direct mailings (online/offline) and, if applicable, promotional items
  • A good feel for texts and images and a high affinity for the digitalization of business processes and CRM
  • A strong analytical and strategic mindset
  • Very good German and good English skills as well as confidence in using MS Office 365, email providers, content management systems and ideally Adobe
  • Very good communication skills, flexibility, a high degree of creativity, ability to work in a team and initiative

Your destination

  • Planning, organization, implementation and tracking of the AIDA Club program on land and on board as well as project management for its technical development/relaunch
  • Support and further development of the travel agent loyalty program, implementation of B2B loyalty campaigns as well as regular success monitoring and derivation of measures
  • Developing automated loyalty dialogue concepts for targeted customer contact, maintaining content and automating, personalizing and digitizing club websites and dialogue advertising materials
  • Implementation and further development of cooperations with partner companies and maintenance of contacts as part of the customer loyalty program
  • Market analysis and trend evaluation in loyalty management for B2C and B2B, including deriving specific recommendations for action
  • Responsible for managing the Loyalty Programs division and budget management
