Marketing Automation Specialist (m/f/d)

• Successfully completed studies in marketing, communications/media management, business administration or a comparable qualification
• Initial experience with MarTech or CRM, basic knowledge of HTML and a technical understanding of communication between servers are desirable
• Initial professional experience in campaign management, business process management and experience with campaign management tools such as Adobe Campaign, Unica or Salesforce
• Very good knowledge of German and English and confident in using MS Office 365
• Analytical skills, strong communication skills, initiative and ability to work in a team

• Support in the conception and implementation of automated customer-centric and personalized communication approaches to enhance the customer experience, synchronized with the marketing, communication and sales strategy
• Segmenting data in order to use it in the campaign management tool
• transferring the execution of the journey to various communication channels (email, push messaging, app, telephony, etc.)
• Requesting and taking into account stakeholder requirements for playing out a customer interaction
• Creating push messages for our app users in collaboration with the creative department (image/text)
• Testing, tracking and evaluating the journeys
