The regional club ADAC Südbayern e.V. was founded in 1905 and now has around 400 employees working in our 17 branches in southern Bavaria. Here we take care of mobility, travel & vacation, insurance and, of course, ADAC membership.
In the 16 ADAC branches and travel agencies, we offer a wide range of services and products to make travel planning as convenient as possible for our customers and members. From tailor-made vacation offers to flight and hotel bookings and travel insurance – we have everything you need for a carefree trip. Our experienced travel consultants are on hand to provide our customers and members with advice and assistance and help them to create the perfect vacation experience.
Your tasks
In this position you will support our ADAC travel agencies in active travel sales. You will be assigned to the sales department at our head office (Ridlerstr. 35, 80339 Munich), but will work on a mobile basis within the defined area of operation of ADAC Südbayern e.V., thus promoting the travel business and the success of our travel agencies.
Through first-class service, you will strengthen customer loyalty and, with your friendly and professional demeanor, create an atmosphere of trust in which our customers feel they are in good hands.
You inspire and advise our customers on worldwide vacation destinations, both in person and over the phone. With your comprehensive knowledge of travel destinations and offers, you awaken our customers’ desire to travel and help them find the perfect trip. Whether exotic long-haul trips or relaxed short breaks – you always have the right tip at the ready.
You are passionate about convincing our customers of our wide range of travel offers and encouraging them to book. You present our offers in an appealing way and demonstrate the added value of our services. Your enthusiasm for travel motivates our customers to book their dream trips with us.
Through outstanding service, you will easily attract new customers and contribute to the expansion of our customer base.
Your qualifications
You have successfully completed training as a travel or tourism agent (f/m/d).
You have professional experience and sales experience in the tourism industry.
You are familiar with common tourism booking systems such as Amadeus and Bistro.
You have excellent specialist, product and destination knowledge.
You are characterized by strong communication skills, a sales-oriented approach and enjoy advising our customers in a targeted manner.
High flexibility and willingness to travel as well as a class B driver’s license are required.
