Your Job
Here’s what you can expect on your journey with us:
- To consistently operate in accordance with ISM safety rules and regulations, SOPs, and company policy, and in the best interests of the owner
- Ensure passenger satisfaction by properly addressing their concerns and situations
- Daily settlement with restaurant stewards and the bartender
- Processing passenger cash payments, booking invoices, and issuing delivery receipts
- Crew and passenger charges (phone calls, faxes, postcards, etc.) and wake-up calls
- Passengers’ passports—safe keeping and logging; and maintaining the cleanliness of the Front Desk and Back Office
- Preparing passenger arrival forms whenever requested
- Completion of any other tasks or paperwork requested by the Chief Purser and/or Crew Purser
Your Course & Your Talents
Here’s what you bring to the table:
- Work experience in front desk operations
- Experience with cash handling procedures
- Ability to work under pressure, take initiative, and be reliable
- A trustworthy, service-oriented person who maintains confidentiality at all times
- Knowledge of a foreign language
- Good organizational, administrative, and communication skills
- Self-assured and calm demeanor toward staff, passengers, and authorities
- Proficiency in computer skills
