As an Office Assistant (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) at sea chefs, you can expect more than just a varied job - you will also immerse yourself in the world of seafaring!

Your tasks:

  • General reception tasks: e.g. greeting guests; answering and forwarding telephone calls; recording invoices properly and processing expense and credit card statements; organizing and supervising meetings
  • Travel management: booking flights, hotels, rental cars, etc. for our colleagues. for the college
  • Support in the area of trade fair organization
  • Administrative support for the recruiting team, e.g. through the preparation and follow-up of casting days as well as the Director HR by creating Power Point presentations and statistics
  • Dedicated office organization: ordering / purchasing of office supplies, stamps, snacks & drinks; maintenance of kitchen equipment
  • Contact person for external service providers, such as office equipment, facility management

Your course & your talents

What you bring with you:

  • Ideally completed training in the commercial sector
  • Experience at reception is an advantage
  • Self-directed, structured and service-oriented way of working
  • Communication skills and teamwork skills to ensure excellent interdepartmental cooperation
  • ;to ensure very good interdepartmental cooperation
  • Confident use of IT (especially MS Office applications)
  • Good written and spoken German and English
  • Good general education, confident manners and well-groomed appearance
