Your tasks
Ensuring smooth operations at reception
General reception activities – operating the switchboard, welcoming our guests and supporting colleagues on site
Processing incoming and outgoing mail, including parcels and courier deliveries
Ordering and monitoring the stock of office materials, supplies and equipment
Travel management for our employees
Creating and applying for employee ID cards (external and internal)
General administrative and organizational activities
Cooperation in the assistance team
Your qualifications
Completed vocational training, ideally in the hotel or catering industry
Initial experience in the reception area
Confident handling of Office applications (especially Outlook, Excel, Word)
Excellent organized and structured way of working
Friendly, well-groomed and confident appearance
Strong customer and service orientation
Good knowledge of English
