Your tasks

As part of our team, you will be responsible for the independent processing of incoming written customer contacts.
You will also be responsible for handling individual system processes within the booking process to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
You will coordinate operational issues with rental partners and call center units.
You will also be responsible for entering and maintaining master data in the core rental system.
Furthermore, you will carry out quality controls in day-to-day business as well as with rental partners and external call center service providers.
You will also be responsible for independently conducting technical training for external call center service providers.
You will also create reports to prepare and provide relevant information.
You will also be responsible for direct correspondence with individual rental partners.

Your qualifications

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally in the travel industry.
Experience in customer service with car rental providers/car rental brokers or in the tourism industry is required.
Good market and product knowledge (B2B and B2C) in the tourism and vacation rental car industry as well as experience in quality management are an advantage.
You have a sound knowledge of the MS Office product range.
Communication skills, an independent way of working and the ability to work under pressure are among your strengths.
Commitment and the ability to work in a team round off your profile.
