Responsibilities
- Management of Aramark-operated foodservice facilities
- Culinary and operational management, as well as leading and supporting the team
- Preparing fresh meals and presenting them in an appealing manner
- Weekly menu planning
- Daily quality assurance, as well as communication with guests and customers
- Planning, coordinating, and executing events
- Office administration (including bookkeeping and operational accounting)
Your Profile
- Completed training as a chef
- Additional training as a hotel management specialist or master hotel manager is a plus
- Business acumen and numerical proficiency
- Several years of management experience and knowledge of administrative operations management
- Organizational skills and interpersonal skills
- Mobility, as the location is only partially accessible by public transportation
