Operations Manager (m/f/d) for experience coffee shop
Your tasks
- Initially, you will accompany and coordinate the entire construction phase of the experience coffee shop - from cooperation with architects and craftsmen to coordination with J. J. Darboven in terms of branding, design and strategic orientation to ensuring compliance with budget specifications and official requirements
- Together with another person in the management team, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the experience coffee shop and control all key economic figures such as sales, costs, cost of goods sold and efficiency
- You ensure quality, service and cleanliness at the highest level as well as adherence to deadlines
- You are responsible for building, leading, motivating and developing a dedicated and service-oriented team
- You implement digital and innovative services and continuously develop them further
- You will also be responsible for local marketing and event measures to position the store as an experience location and for planning and implementing events and shopping events
Your profile
- Completed training or studies in the field of gastronomy, hotel business, business administration or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a management position in the catering industry, ideally in the café, coffee retail or experience gastronomy sector
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in setting up new locations or branches
- Strong understanding of business management and entrepreneurial thinking
- Enthusiasm for coffee, innovation and hospitality
- Organizational talent, hands-on mentality and strong communication skills
- Confident handling of digital tools (e.g. for cash register systems, shift planning, merchandise management)
