We are looking for a full-time position with immediate effect.

The Werksviertel-Mitte at Munich’s Ostbahnhof is an exceptional urban quarter in many respects. We want our district to remain a liveable and lovable place for our great-grandchildren. As the central holding company, Werksviertel Gastronomie GmbH is largely responsible for the development of the gastronomic concepts.

It holds all subsidiaries and shareholdings in the catering and hotel sectors, which are responsible for the day-to-day operation of Werksviertel-Mitte.

Your tasks:

  • Supporting the operations managers on the premises in all operational matters
  • In particular in day-to-day operations and food and beverage offer planning
  • Cash registers and IT
  • Personnel planning and time recording
  • Purchasing and logistics
  • Budget and cash flow planning

Your main tasks will include the following operations:

Nachtkantine, Zum Riederstein, Sugar Shack, Mariss Bar, Röstwerk, Guatemuc, Ottobar

As well as co-supervision of our minority holdings on the premises.

Your profile:

  • Full-time, 40 hours, 5 days a week
  • Completed training in the catering industry
  • 3 years of experience in managing several establishments at the same time
  • Commercial knowledge is an advantage
  • Stress resistant
  • Quick comprehension
  • Team player
  • Strong hands-on mentality
