Your tasks

You will support the head of department (reporting directly to the Executive Board) in day-to-day business and in all administrative tasks and the delegation of tasks.
You will communicate independently with members, business partners and internal interfaces (e.g. Controlling, HR, etc.).
You act as a central coordination and communication interface within and outside the department.
You will also be responsible for planning and organizing meetings, visits, trade fair appearances and events as well as participating in trade fairs every year.
You will also be responsible for preparing, following up and organizing committee meetings and meetings, including taking minutes.
You will prepare presentations and speeches and create templates.
You will be responsible for checking and processing invoices and monitoring budgets according to specifications.
You will be responsible for planning, organizing and invoicing business trips (domestic and international).
You will create reports and carry out research on current topics.
You will research and order materials as required.

Your qualifications

You have completed vocational training as a tourism management assistant or office management assistant or have comparable knowledge and skills.
You have 4-7 years of experience as an assistant, knowledge of the tourism industry is an advantage.
We expect you to be confident with Microsoft Office products, MS Teams and have an affinity for numbers.
You have a very good command of written and spoken English.
You have excellent communication skills combined with a high level of social competence.
Very good organizational skills, high quality standards for your own performance and a structured and solution-oriented way of working characterize you.
