Personnel Administrator Fleet (m/f/d)
Your previous course
- Commercial vocational training, ideally with further training in human resources and initial work experience
- Very good knowledge of German and English and confident in using MS Office 365
- High system affinity, a forward-looking, organized and structured way of working
- Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to work in a team and flexibility
Your destination
- Independent processing of personnel requirements and deployment planning for national and international crew members from the Hotel & Entertainment division
- Ensuring optimal staffing of the defined positions in close cooperation with the specialist departments on board and ashore as well as Recruitment
- Communicating in English with crew members and various international agencies
- Maintaining personnel data, checking certificates and providing seamless evidence for payroll accounting in the HR software
- Support with department-specific projects
