Procurement Category Manager(STARS)* with immediate effect
You will be happy to take on these tasks:
- Supporting the alignment of central purchasing in the areas of food & beverages, services, consumer goods, technology, energy & communication, capital goods and hotel equipment
- Independent development and implementation of procurement strategies to save costs for the product groups for which you are responsible
- Market analyses and evaluations of potential suppliers
- Planning and implementation of tenders
- Preparing and conducting annual meetings with suppliers and service providers
- Support in project purchasing for individual construction projects
- Contact person for our hotels
- Internal collaboration with the cross-functional teams
- Participation in standardization and internal process optimization
- Shared responsibility for a purchasing volume of EUR 85 million
